| Negative: | I contacted BMCI to do a small roof repair. 40 minutes after the scheduled time they still had not showed up. I called the office and the driver had forgotten his wallet and could not get in the gate. He never called me to let me know. So they were just going to let me sit here all day? Not a company I would want fixing my roof. Pass. I will find a responsible company. |

| Positive: | Beautiful roof of high quality materials with long warranty. The estimator took his time explaining our options. A manager was onsite during installation. Roof was installed on schedule and cleanup was perfect. Ultimately, the roof is beautiful and we'd use them again for any kind of construction project. |
